Southbank Centre

February 2007

This month The Design Conspiracy have been having 100 ideas.

We’ve just launched the 100 Ideas minisite for Southbank Centre. The curators are hoping to compile 100 ideas from a series of events, talks and performances that look at the role of culture in today’s society.

Using Web 2.0 tools we’ve created a 100 Ideas community. We’ve used Flickr to host a Flickr group called 100 Ideas. You can add pictures from events or as an illustration of ideas you've had.

We’ve used Typepad to host the events listing and the ideas. This way it’s incredibly easy for the 100 Ideas team to edit events and upload new ideas, plus it allows visitors an easy way of adding comments. We’ve also created a YouTube account where video from the events will be posted.

The homepage contains a feed of the latest ideas and the latest images.
