This month we've been re-cycling, up-cycling and re-using.

Folklore is a new online and high street store sticking furniture and goods that have been either up-cycled, made from sustainable sources or can be easily re-cycled at the end of their lives.

We were asked to create the visual identity and the brief being to reflect the earthy, rustic nature of the subject but with a modern edge. So, we got our hands dirty and re-used some if our old wood block type on our vintage proofing press, then digitised to create the logo, our way of taking the old and making new!

A colour palette was selected for the brand tool kit which also includes gorgeous distressed elements and assets and a guide to using the logo.
